    Investigating

Shortly before 08:00 this morning, we were notified by one of our technology partners of an issue within their cloud infrastructure that may be causing intermittent connectivity disruptions for some customers.

The root cause has been identified, and our partner's engineering team is actively working to restore full service. Recovery began at approximately 08:00; however, this is a gradual process, and efforts are ongoing to accelerate the restoration of normal service.

Customers using the Plume Home app may notice that their devices, pods, or network are incorrectly showing as offline or unavailable. This is a reporting issue within the platform and, in many cases, internet connectivity remains unaffected despite the app displaying an error. If your internet service is working normally, no action is required at this time.

At present, the issue has the potential to affect all customers, although we have seen only limited impact reported.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will continue to provide updates as further information becomes available.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
