    Planned Maintenance Notification

Service Impact: No Customer Impact Expected

We would like to inform customers of planned network maintenance taking place on Monday 28 September 2026 between 08:00 and 10:00.

As part of ongoing improvements and housekeeping within our network, we will be decommissioning a number of legacy systems and network connections that are no longer required following the migration of services to our Full Fibre network.

What does this mean for customers?

    • No service disruption is expected.

    • All affected services have already been migrated to our Full Fibre platform.

    • The work carries a low risk and is not expected to affect customer connectivity.

Our engineers will monitor the activity throughout the maintenance window to ensure everything proceeds as planned.

We apologise for any concern this notification may cause and thank you for your understanding.
